After years as a property manager, you get to know the market and understand tenant trends. I’ve learned what works (and what doesn’t).
I’m focused on building strong relationships and making the onboarding process easy, transparent, and tailored to your investment goals. My aim is to make on-boarding your property simple and stress-free.
Outside of work, I’m a new homeowner myself and love spending weekends outdoors with my (very fast) whippet!

Hi I'm Tiffany the Property Manager Team Leader for Opes Property Management (Auckland).
Growing up in a home with avid investor parents, discussing rental yields, adding value & tenancy terms was always regular dinner table conversation. I love talking property and real estate at any chance I get. Being able to help investors through any curve balls that rental properties can sometimes throw at them. To having tenants feel they can truly feel at home in their rental property. These are some of the best bits of my job! Having owned my own property management business, I understand the importance of good systems and processes in order to provide a top-level service for our clients. I actively like to stay ahead of all of the ever-changing compliance regulations set out in the Residential Tenancies Act 1986.
In any spare time, you'll find me, spending time with my young family, doing DIY reno's or planning out big dream reno's to our project house or having a glass of rose or a gin and tonic with friends in the sun - preferably with a good antipasto platter!

I have always had an affinity for home ownership and property investment. Through my marketing and business operations background, I have been inspired by people I have met to follow a career path in the property industry. Starting as a rental accounts administrator, I moved in to the role as leasing agent for our stellar team, I now own my own property, and manage a portfolio of investment properties across Auckland. I am constantly expanding my knowledge within the industry and enjoy the compliance side of property management.
