Head of Property Management
Hi I'm Tiffany, the Head of Property Management.
I have spent more than 20 years working in property management across multiple cities in New Zealand, building extensive experience in managing investment properties, leading teams, and delivering great outcomes for landlords and tenants. I am a big advocate for promoting best practice within the industry, maintaining strong compliance within the Residential Tenancies Act 1986 framework, all while ensuring property owners and tenants receive exceptional service from our team.
In any spare time, you'll find me, spending time with my young family, doing DIY reno's or planning out big dream reno's to our project house or having a glass of rose or a gin and tonic with friends in the sun - preferably with a good antipasto platter!

Hi, I’m Jess! I’ve been in the property management world for 5 years and recently stepped into a BDM role here at Opes. I’m all about clear communication, honest advice, and helping landlords feel confident every step of the way.
After years as a property manager, you get to know the market and understand tenant trends. I’ve learned what works (and what doesn’t).
I’m focused on building strong relationships and making the onboarding process easy, transparent, and tailored to your investment goals. My aim is to make on-boarding your property simple and stress-free.
Outside of work, I’m a new homeowner myself and love spending weekends outdoors with my (very fast) whippet!

And when I’m not managing properties, you’ll usually find me outside – in my boots, mowing lawns, or putting my handywoman skills to good use.

I am committed to continuously expanding my industry knowledge, with a particular interest in the legal aspects of property management.
